He said that when they split the bill it automatically runs the card for the full amount and the partial amount. He was rude and unsympathetic about the situation. She asked for a manager but she wasn’t sure if he was the general or the regular. By 11am Sunday morning the General manager had still not called so my wife called him. He said the manager would probably call us first thing in the morning to discuss it. I agreed that this was a good course of action and gave him our contact info. He said he didn’t know a lot about the payment side but that the General Manager would be in Sunday morning at 9am and he would know more. ![]() ![]() I called Kingpins to ask about it and the manager on duty was nice enough to talk through it with me while looking through what was actually charged. Once I got home I noticed that we had pending charges on out bank account for the split amount and the full amount. Lastly, and most importantly, we were a party of 10 and instead of everyone splitting up what the bill based on what they had we just split it in half and 2 of the families paid. The fan for drying your hand on our lane didn’t work.4. Seemed to have a natural roll to the right.3. We didn’t want to waste time.- We have been told to stop our game before because our hour was up and was unable to finish even 1 game.2. We could have continued to go back up front to change our hoes until we found some that worked but we could only get 1 hour of time on the lanes. I am no pro bowler but it was bothersome that the shoes were “sticky”. ![]() But there were some hiccups that couldn’t be overlooked.1. Everyone had a good time and the food was pretty good. We made a reservation for 2 lanes at 6pm on a Saturday night. We took our family to Kingpins for my daughter’s 6th birthday.
